Meet Juliana Schaffer, Our Founder and Director.

She found her passion to work with children with autism during her sophomore year of college. After completing her Masters degree in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis), Juliana realized that she could help children tap into their greatest potential through the use of Verbal Behavior.  She started iSmile in 2005. A year later, she opened the school to educate kids with Autism utilizing small groups and individualized programs.
